What we do

• All traffic to Mula goes over HTTPS.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Mula never stores card numbers.
• ID checks go through Stripe Identity.
• Database access is locked down with row-level security.
• We run regular security reviews and testing.

How to report an issue

Email ben@usemula.com with the steps to reproduce it. We reply within 3 business days.

Good-faith research

We won't take legal action against researchers who follow these rules:

• Don't access or change other people's data.
• No denial-of-service.
• No spam or social engineering.
• Give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it.
