What we collect
Your name, email, zip code, and the jobs, bids, messages, and reviews you create on Mula. Payment details go directly to Stripe — Mula never sees or stores your card number, SSN, or bank credentials.
How it's used
To match jobs with nearby workers, move payments safely through escrow, show ratings that help both sides trust each other, and suggest fair prices. We don't sell your data.
Who else touches it
Three processors run the platform: Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments and payouts), and Anthropic (the AI that suggests fair prices — it sees job details, never your identity or payment info).
Your controls
You can change your email and password, log out of all devices, or delete your account entirely from your Profile page. Deleting your account removes your profile, jobs, bids, messages, and reviews.
